The Baggy-Kneed Camel Blues
This was my virginal effort at the subtle art of novel writing
...torn
violently from a very deep depression.
The fact that it evolved as a farce is still a wonder to me.

Fete
Beech Grove's Annual
Founder's Day Program
Art Festival and
Summer Solstice Celebration
This is the book I
recommend for women and straights.
It's a family saga of sorts, with lots of small-town stuff.
And, a lot more sentiment than I thought I was capable
of writing. It has many of the elements normally associated
with "coming-out" novels, but it's more about a boy, his mom
and his brother.

The Vanilla Kid
This book took more dedication and concentration
than anything I'd ever tried in my life. I lived it,
day and night for over a year and a half. Very trying
for all those around me. Friends prefer not to talk
about it because of all the extremely personal stuff
in there. You would think that the first two didn't
have just as much.

The Legend of
Jasper Kell
This one never reached the bookshelves
because the publisher folded. It is definitely
In fact, it's the only one I think of as being
a "gay novel," even though they were all
published in the genre (if a so-called
"gay publisher" puts out a book, that book
is assigned as being "a gay novel").
